Contact details you give us (name, phone, email, address), job details you or your customers enter, and messages sent through the platform. Member sign-in uses a one-time email code; we never store passwords.
Only to run this service: connecting clients with contractors, and running each contractor's own customer records. A contractor's contacts, jobs, quotes and invoices are visible only to that contractor and to platform administrators, never to any other business on the platform. That isolation is enforced in code on every query.
We do not sell, rent or share your data, and we do not use it to train anything. No advertising trackers run on this site.
Any member can export everything they own on request and take it with them if they leave. We handle personal information under Canada's PIPEDA.
